Okay, so these are the rules. They're simple and easy to follow so there is absolutely no excuse for not complying with them.
Rule One: This is an obvious manga ring. Your site must have some visable content of manga, most likely an image gallery. The series doesn't matter, be it Sailor Moon, Ah! Megami-sama, or Dragon Ball.
Rule Two: Your page must be in general working order. If you are undergoing construction, let viewers know! Otherwise, too many broken links are unacceptable. I will be checking for them.
Rule Three: There may not be, under any circumstances, hentai or ecchi material on your site. If you have to be 18 or older to view your page, don't even bother submitting. If you have questions about your contents, feel free to ask.
Rule Four: When you copy the html fragment for the ring, I must stress that it is imparitive you do not altar the code in any way other than instructed. More details will come later on.
